On April 5, 2013 the CMRTO circulated to members proposed By-law No. 47 which amends current By-law No. 43 relating to professional liability insurance. In accordance with the Health Professions Procedural Code, proposed By-law No. 47 is being circulated to the members of the College in order to provide an opportunity for comment.
