The CMRTO completed the assessment of its registration practices for 2013, as required by the Office of the Fairness Commissioner (OFC), related to the specific requirement of information provided to applicants and the general duty requirement of transparency. The CMRTO elected to conduct a self-assessment to assess adherence to the general duty principle of transparency.
