Each year, the CMRTO invites applications for appointment to serve on CMRTO committees. Under the Medical Radiation Technology Act, 1991, the statutory committee structure requires the appointment of MRTs who are not elected members of Council to a number of CMRTO committees. A listing of these committees, the number of positions on each and a short description of the areas of responsibility of each committee can be found in the attachment to this email.
As the composition of statutory committees is complex, only a small number of non-Council members are appointed each year. If you are interested in being considered for appointment to a CMRTO committee, you are invited to submit your application, Certificate of Validation and resume of experience to communications@cmrto.org no later than Monday, March 21, 2016.
