Working under the direction of the Registrar & CEO and in collaboration with the Deputy Registrar, other Directors and the IT consultants, you will provide leadership, direction and management of the following areas and functions: information technology, information management, risk management, facilities, customer service and office administration.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
BSc/BA Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related field (or equivalent education and experience)

Demonstrated leadership capacity with three to five years leadership experience in a corporate services/general administration leadership role
-
Excellent knowledge of IT systems and technological infrastructure including networks and computer systems. Advanced knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft CRM, SharePoint, SQL, and Exchange

Background in technology development, planning, implementation and system administration
-
Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
-
Advanced records management knowledge and application
