As part of these system upgrades, we have changed communications servers. As a result, we are asking all MRTs to please add registration@cmrto.org and ommunications@cmrto.org to your email Address Book, Contacts, and Safe Senders lists. Adding us as a safe sender assures that you will receive the most up-to-date communications about registration, ew resources available to MRTs and DMSs, and other information critical to the practice of medical radiation and imaging technology in Ontario.
We also introduced a new Member & Applicant Portal (MAP) on the ww.cmrto.org website on March 21, 2018.
To facilitate communications with members, it is critical that all profiles on the new Member & Applicant Portal that includes your current email address.
If you have already created an account on the MAP, thank you. If you created a MAP profile but have not included your up-to-date email address, please do so as soon as possible. If you have not yet created a profile in MAP, please follow the instructions below to create your new online profile. It is recommended that you use the Google Chrome web browser when accessing the Member & Applicant Portal.
1. Go to www.cmrto.org.
2. Click on “Sign In” in the top menu bar.
3. Select “Start MAP Sign-in”.
4. Enter your email address where indicated, then click “Send verification code”. Leave this page open while you wait for a message from Microsoft on behalf of CMRTO in your email account.
5. Open your email account to view the verification code message you just requested.
6. Once you have received the verification code message, enter the code where indicated.
7. When prompted, create a new password for your MAP profile, then click “Create”.
8. Review the terms and conditions for using the MAP and select “Agree”.
9. Review your basic profile information, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Submit” to create your MAP profile.
Once you have created your profile, you will be able to access all CMRTO services and modify your account.
