The CMRTO is pleased to announce the results of the election of members to Council:

• Wendy Rabbie, MRT(R) was re-elected by acclamation in District 2 (radiography, eastern district)

• Angela Cashell, MRT(T) was re-elected in District 5 (radiation therapy, includes all of Ontario)

CMRTO is looking for a professional and energetic medical radiation technologist or diagnostic medical sonographer who is collaborative, knowledgeable and experienced in professional practice issues to join our team and work in our office in downtown Toronto, in a permanent, full time position as our Professional Practice Advisor.

CMRTO is looking for a professional and energetic medical radiation technologist or diagnostic medical sonographer who is collaborative, knowledgeable and experienced in quality assurance to join our team and work in our office in downtown Toronto, in a permanent, full time position as our Manager of Quality Assurance.

The Registrar and CEO, Linda Gough will be leading information sessions for CMRTO members and sonographers across the province this Spring. Linda will be talking about the why, when and how of applying to the CMRTO in the specialty of diagnostic medical sonography, and the revised Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
